The next training on ISO standards was held at ASCCA

The Academy of the State Customs Committee continues to work to improve quality in the field of customer satisfaction. In order to organize the activities in this direction in accordance with the requirements of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards, a training was organized on "Customer Satisfaction Management System" according to ISO 10002. The training, organized in cooperation between the Academy of the State Customs Committee and the Azerbaijani Representation of the Institute of Turkish Standards (TSE), was conducted by Arzu Gulhan Yuzereroglu, TSE Azerbaijan Representative.

Delivering a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony before the training, Gulu Novruzov, the head of the Academy highlighted the positive impact of the application of ISO standards on the activities of the higher education institution, emphasizing the achievements of the ASCCA in this direction. Underlining  the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction in the education sector, G. Novruzov expressed his confidence that the training will play a leading role in increasing the level of service, as well as building an effective customer satisfaction management system. The head of the Academy also wished success to the training participants.

During the training with ASCCA staff , Arzu Gulhan Yuzereroglu, the head of TSE Azerbaijan Representation office, gave detailed information about the methods and standards required to increase customer satisfaction, to establish and maintain an effective system for evaluating customer complaints. She briefed the participants on the principles of TS ISO 10002, the method and application of prevention of causes of customer dissatisfaction, as well as other issues.

The training continued in an interactive form, and interesting topic-related issues were discussed.
